1. Garlic chicken & veggie stir fry⏩ I used the rest of my organic chicken tenders from yesterday & cooked them in olive oil & lots of minced garlic on a pan.
For the stir fry, I just sautéed broccoli 🥦 , onions, mushrooms 🍄 , cherry tomatoes 🍅 , & the garlic chicken, in lots of coconut aminos! All the veggies were already prepped ahead of time.
2. ⏩ sautéed mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes 🍅 , organic spinach (in olive oil + garlic powder) + stuffed gnocchi @traderjoes (stuffed w mozz & tomato 🍅 sauce) + avocado 🥑 .
