One-Pan Pork And Asparagus Stir-fry 🤤

Ingredients (for 2 servings)
1 lb pork loin (455 g)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup asparagus (125 g), trimmed and cut
1 cup red pepper (100 g), diced
½ cup soy sauce (120 mL)
¼ cup honey (85 g)
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon sesame seed
Mix together all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat oil over a nonstick pan and add pork stirring until cooked.
Pour sauce in pan and stir to coat meat.
Once the sauce is bubbling, add the veggies to the pan and stir again to coat.
Cook until meat is cooked through and veggies are soft.
Serve over rice or alone.
