Ingredients

I was feeling adventurous and decided to make FOUR different types of s’mores dip. Make one, two, three, or four… they’re all DELICIOUS!

  • Chocolate – I use regular Hershey’s chocolate for both the classic and the salted caramel dips, peanut butter cups for the peanut butter chocolate dip, and white chocolate for the white chocolate raspberry dip.
  • Marshmallow – I used large marshmallows, but these are obviously melted so size doesn’t really matter!
  • Other Ingredients – depending on what dip you decide to make, you’ll need raspberries for the white chocolate raspberry dip and caramel sauce for the salted caramel chocolate dip!
  • Vessels: Graham Crackers or Pretzel Crisps – used for dipping! I use regular graham crackers for the classic dip and the peanut butter chocolate dip, chocolate graham crackers for the white chocolate raspberry dip, and pretzel crisps for the salted caramel dip.

How to make s’mores dip

  1. Place your chocolate into a greased baking dish then layer on your marshmallows and other dip-specific ingredients (raspberries or caramel.)
  2. Bake until chocolate is melty and marshmallows are golden-brown.
  3. Serve with graham crackers or pretzel crisps!

Flavor variations

Classic: hershey’s chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers. It’s a classic for a reason!

Salted Caramel: hershey’s chocolate, marshmallows, caramel sauce, maldon sea salt, and pretzel crisps. If you like sweet and salty, this version is for you!

Peanut Butter Chocolate: reese’s peanut butter cups, marshmallows, and graham crackers. Because what’s better than melty peanut butter chocolate?

White Chocolate Raspberry: white chocolate, fresh raspberries, marshmallows, and chocolate graham crackers. This one – surprisingly – was the crowd favorite in the Debth household. Creamy white chocolate and sweet, tart raspberries? Yum!

What to serve with s’mores dip

Obviously the classic way to serve s’mores dip is with graham crackers but I also LOVE to use pretzel crisps. Some other options are:

  • Vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry wafers
  • Strawberries
  • Apple slices
  • Cookies (Oreo, chocolate chip, peanut butter, etc.)

What are some of your favorite things to use for s’mores dip? Let me know in the comments below!

How to store

These dips are best served immediately because the marshmallows and chocolate will start to harden as they cool. However, you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week!

How to reheat s’mores dip

To reheat, simply place the dip back into your greased baking pan and bake for 5 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees F. You can also reheat the s’mores dip in the microwave. Just place it in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until the marshmallows and chocolate are warm and gooey!
